Dr Shetty has an excellent team, everyone is so pleasant and calming. They explained my treatment to me very well along... with how’s and why’s of every step. They made sure that I was comfortable and got frequent breaks throughout the sitting since my jaws don’t hold the best. My wisdom tooth extraction was done at this clinic three days back. The X-rays and initial assessment was done three... weeks earlier by Dr Shetty. At the beckoning of my relatives, I consulted another dentist in Brampton who told me that my jaw bone being strong, he would have to engage the services of an expert for extraction, and which would,of course, entail additional charges.Having met Dr Shetty once I was quite impressed by his professional acumen and conduct. I unhesitatingly requested for an appointment for extraction and the procedure was completed with the greatest degree of finesse and professionalism. Dr Shetty did it in an unhurried, calm and reassuring manner. His frequent interjections during the procedure " Are you o.k. Perminder?" soothed my nerves and his confident handling of my tooth assured me that I was in the hands of an accomplished expert.This is the third day after the extraction and there is no pain, bleeding or any complication of my 'complicated' extraction. And I have also saved somemoney since Dr Shetty was the dentist and the expert extractor rolled into one.You have to deal with the office staff of this clinic to believe that people can be so nice, sweet-natured and cooperative.read more
