What to Expect During Your First Visit

Your initial visit focuses on gathering essential information to help us plan your
personalized dental care. This includes:

1. Your past dental and medical history
2. A list of any medications you are currently taking
3. Any previous X-rays (please forward them to our office if available)

Comprehensive Examination

We will perform a thorough examination of your teeth, gums, bite, jaw joints, and soft tissues. If needed, and with your consent, we’ll use advanced diagnostic tools such as X-rays and intraoral photographs to identify any areas of concern. This detailed assessment forms the foundation of a successful partnership between you and our dental team.

Open Communication is Key

Your first visit is the perfect time to share your concerns, fears, or expectations about your dental health. Based on our findings, Dr. Shetty will work closely with you to establish a diagnosis and create a tailored treatment plan that meets your needs and goals.

Preparing for Your Visit

To make your visit as smooth as possible, please:

1. Arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.
2. Bring completed New Patient Forms (download link below).
3. Provide a list of current medications and your dental insurance information.
4. For patients under 18, a parent or guardian must be present.
