Appointment Policies

We would like to inform you of our appointment policies before your dental appointment. 

Cancellations

The only way we can keep dentistry affordable and accessible to all is through effective time management. We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of appointments so that we can make the time available for someone in need of dental treatment. A $75 cancellation fee will be charged for failure to provide adequate notice.

Confirming Appointments

As a courtesy to our patients, we will call and remind you of your appointment 24 hours in advance. If we are unable to contact you, we will still expect you to arrive for your appointment.
