Check our fees & payment policies before you visit us.

Due to constantly changing insurance policies, fees, and payments, we do not accept assignment of insurance; this means that you are responsible for full payment for treatment provided at each appointment. We will make all efforts to ensure that you get timely reimbursements from your insurance provider. It is our experience that once the claim is sent electronically reimbursement takes no longer than two weeks.

For your peace of mind, we can predetermine your insurance coverage prior to the commencement of treatment.

We would like to remind our patients that as your healthcare providers our relationship is with you and not your insurance company. Our recommendations to you are made in the best interests of your oral health and not based on your insurance plan and you are the final decision maker. Insurance is a benefit that some of you are fortunate to have and we are here to help you understand and utilize your plan in the best way possible.

Our fees follow the current Ontario Dental Association suggested fee guide. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard & Interac.

For a cosmetic, implant, or more complex procedures, ask about our interest-free payment plans. They are the best way to accommodate your financial needs.
