We are open for all routine dental services!

We have implemented several enhanced precautions to allow us to safely provide your treatment including:

• Plexiglas barrier at the reception area.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for team members.
• Active screening of every patient and staff member for signs of respiratory illness.
• Reduced number of individuals in the clinic at any time.
• All public touch-points are cleaned several times throughout the day.
• Hand sanitizers on entry and exit from the office.

In our effort to provide a safe and efficient appointment, we ask for your cooperation:

• We ask that all patients have a prior appointment and wear a mask before entering the office.
• Please complete a COVID-19 info screening and consent form which will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.
• On arrival, you are requested to give us a call and wait in your car till we ask you to come in.
• Please expect a non-contact temperature check and health screening on arrival.
• We ask that you come for your appointments ALONE, to facilitate distancing.
• You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon entry and after treatment.
• In the waiting room, please maintain physical distancing as much as possible.
• We will only accept payments by debit and credit at this time.
• Please follow the instructions of our staff.
• Please be aware that our new pace will be slower and your appointment times may be longer.
